The timer on this is brutal! I'm not sure why this race is so much harder than the other ones.
Here is what finally got me the gold:Start with Skyward Ascent. Use Surge Forward before each ring on the descent, don't spam them too quickly.
After the descent you will get many vigor orbs, so start spamming Surge Forward.
Keep surging until you get to the first big ascent, where you Skyward Ascend.
Spam surge forward for the entire end of the race.
During the very last part with the final ascent, I continued spamming surge forward instead of ascending.Good luck!

Absolutely unenjoyable.
So many things to clip against, half the time your going so fast you cant see where you are going, and the timer requires a near perfect run.
This one is VERY tight, skyward ascent doesnt seem to help much. Just spam surge forward and do your best to avoid trees... took me a LOT of tries
