"You and the Captain make it happen" is a Cap'n Crunch reference. - but Captain Morgan is good too.
This achievement is named after the advertising campaign of the Captain Crunch brand breakfast cereal from approximately 1980 to 1999/2000. The line "You and the Cap'n make it happen!" was a typical closing line to any of the cereal commercials where hungry children-introduced in the start of the commercial-were given some of the cereal, ate and thus: were no longer hungry. In the 1990-1999 ad campaigns: this slogan was uttered usually after some sort of crisis, problem or puzzle was solved during the ad segment.
