My way to do this (and overly defensive also) was to wait inside de mines when we controled GM for a enemy runner to pass and cap the flag. Not rarely they will cap it and go if no one else is there.
Got it today with Overly Defensive solo, these 2 are some of the more difficult achievements as defending is quite awkward, 50 seconds to kill the horde and start capping after they assault a node.
