If you're doing this on an alt for reputation, here's a handy macro to say which pets you've beaten.
It prints whether you've completed each quest, in the same order as listed by user Lazey.

Boneshard (x,1,1) and Ikky (x,1,1) can duo all of these pets easily.

Open with Boneshard for Blistering Cold and then spam Ice Spike until Boneshard dies. Reapply Blistering Cold if you can before Boneshard dies but if he dies first it's no issue. Then swap to Ikky and use Black Claw then Flock. By the time Flock is used Blistering Cold will be ticking for 400-700 damage 4-5 times per turn.

CK-9 Micro-Oppression Unit can be tricky if Ikky gets killed before getting flock off. Use any tanky third pet here to soak CK-9’s Lift Off X with a blocking ability (or just soak it and die).
