As of 27 Oct 2012, my guild has downed the Stone Guard twice yet it is not registering as having been completed when we click on this achievement in-game. We also downed Feng and it is properly recorded in the achievement. I submitted a ticket to Blizzard regarding this. I don't believe it was read and comprehended, though I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they probably have a ton of tickets to deal with and are putting forth the effort to resolve the most important ones first. I will re-submit the issue as a bug and will edit this later if I get a better response.

Same. We killed it for the first time on November 3rd with 8 guild members in the group and two days later still don't have credit toward the achievement.
As of 11/13/12 my guild has killed Stone Guard 3 times and still isn't reflected on the achievement either. All the others (so far) have counted. EDIT: Guild got Will of the Emperor tonight, achievement did pop.
