Due to the fact that it takes well over 120+ people to beat this guy, it shouldn't be too difficult to get this achievement if all of your Guildies are in one group. That being said, it may end up that many guilds all get this this at the same time on their server first kills, so most guilds will probably have it by the end of the first month of the patch, unless your faction can never kill him before the other. In which case, you might want to join a Cross realm group with your Guildies to kill him instead.

they just wont be able to get loot because blizz 'hot fixed' oondasta so you can't get loot cross realm from him
