An easy way to gain time on this course is to set up your bronze timelock on the top of the tower.
Once the countdown begins, hit 4 to position yourself directly below the first ring.
So you only need to use 1 SA to hit the ring rather than 2, plus it's a shorter distance, so it saves a lot of time.
