I was missing Winterfin Retreat from Wrath and the quest chain started with Learning to Communicate. Don't forget to pick up Escape from the Winterfin Caverns and Keymaster Urmgrgl inside the cave when you're on the quest to collect the Claw of Claximus (Surrender... Not!).
