Worst. escort. ever!

  • Stand still for ~5 seconds after every mob engaged (even with full mana/health). - Check

Note to Blizzard: Make escorts run ~5% slower then you, they don't have to WALK (They're running away from a cave full of enemies, and they're going slower then a turtle). People these times don't have downtime while levelling, people kill mobs in about 5-10 seconds. There's no need to regen health/mana after every single mob.

To people leveling with flying mounts now since 3.2, when he says "This is far enough, I can make it on my own from here." Don't instantly mount up. You don't get quest credit until about 5 seconds later, had you mounted up and flown off the quest will fail and you will have to spend another 10 minutes escorting him again.

Description

The lock on my cage doesn't look too solid, but I'm not foolish enough to try to leave without assistance. Will you help me safely get out of these caverns? There's no time to waste, {race}. When you get back to the retreat, please let the king know that I'm okay. He's sure to give you a reward.
