We need to find & loot parts from five Muff's Auto-Lockers throughout Undermine for this pet (opening these treasures completes the Nine-Tenths of the Law achievement as well). Then we [spell=1214131] into an [item=236961] (quest starter for Inoperative Mega-Mecha Gorilla) which we bring to expert [npc=236411] to receive our [item=232843]. This achievement had inadvertantly been granting 5 Trader's Tender. Per a February 28th hotfix note, the achievement description has been updated to reflect the reward, rather than remove it:

An achievement has been unexpectedly rewarding 5 Trader’s Tender. The goblins insist that possession is Nine-Tenths of the Law. It seems better to just roll with it, so we’ve corrected the description on the achievement to include the 5 Trader’s Tender.
