This one was kinda tricky for me. I got stuck a bunch of times running into things, I found that I had to time so I have a surge forward ready for going up the last hill which then gave me one coming over the last tower and a final push across the finish line. Be careful of the mushrooms, there were a few spots where I found myself landed but in midair, kinda right at the edge of them.
Only doing double surges until first ziggurat did the trick for me. And Need for speed underground soundtrack.
