Um no actually.... as far as I'm aware the Frostwyrm Mounts are still only being awarded to the upper 0.5% of Arena participants in each of the three brackets in each Battleground. Example: You're on the Gluthstorm Battleground (or however you spell it) and you're in the top 0.5% of Arena Participants in say..... 3vs3, you get that Season's Frostwyrm Drake.

its now just in 3v3 and 5v5, 2v2 wont give you anything.
