TheWoWDBEven you rank one in 2v2 in the end of Season 7 you still doesn't get this item. Since Blizzard stated already that 2v2 will not give Tittle or arena reward anymore.

The above is incorrect. You do not need Relentless Gladiator title to get this mount, you need only Gladiator, awarded to the top 0.5% of the Battlegroup. However in 2v2 S7 you cannot get Gladiator title from this bracket so you need Rank 1 (Relentless Gladiator) from 2v2 or Gladiator and above for 3v3 and 5v5.
They said that it doesnt give Gladiator rank or the Frostwyrm that acompanies it, The rank 1 title is different and permenant and blizz have said nothing that this title will not be possible ot get.
