Scrappy's Best Friend

I found him at 70, 32. Right in the middle of the T intersection. It required an [item=166970] to revive him. Once revived it took 2 x [item=167071] to trigger the achievement. I gave him 3 more but it didn't seem to do anything.

He gets powered up for 15 minutes. He randomly travels around Rustbolt occasionally stopping to bark at things. Once his power runs out he stops where he is and can be revived again. He stopped at 71, 36. And while I was typing this someone else revived him and off he went again.

Needs 1 [item=166970] to activate it.
Feed him [item=167071] ([item=167846]), you get the achievement and he'll run around for 15 min.
I found him at 71.86 34.35.

/target Scrappy

Currently it seems Scrappy is actually clipped beneath the ground at 70.70, 36.30, at the gate leading from the main hub to Bondo's Yard. You can /target Scrappy to find him there, but at least as a male human, I was unable to interact even with a keybind assigned to Interact with Target.

I was able to circumvent this problem by using the Whole-Body Shrinka' toy to significantly reduce my character's size, which then allowed my Interact with Target keybind to work successfully. Once Scrappy is revived, you can feed him Mechano-Treats even through the ground; I'm not sure how many it takes, but I had to use at least two to successfully complete the achievement.
