Order can be a little bit different because usually you can take multiple quests at the same time.
How to get to this questchain:
- Complete main intro BfA questcahin more info here: Welcome to Zandalar
- Select Vol'dun from the Map in Dazar'alor (1-st quest in current questchain).
If you already selected different zone, you probably will have to finish it first.You can check if you completed this quests with a simple addon:
- Install 2 addons ViragDevTool (For UI) and VarenneBfAQuests (quests info)
- Type in chat: /vdt (to open ViragDevTool) and /vdtq (to load current version of the quests)
- I'll try to keep quest id in addon in sync with the quest id in quides here

PS I include some optional quests in main storyline because they are kinda organically support or follow the main storyline. All the sidequest, that have little or non connection to the main storyline are excluded and you can find them in next commentZone has a huge amount of sidequests and additional quest lines.
Most of them don't have any relation and connection to each other.
Vol'dun has approximetly 170-200 zone quests excluding all the War Campaign quests.
Most of them are for reputation with Voldunai.
Some of them reward you with toys or pets or just small amount of [currency=1553].What's Next?
- Horde War campaign storyline Ready for War
- Complete all 3 main zones storylines.
- Start A Bargain of Blood if you have done all 3 zones
- Complete sidequests in current zone.

For those confused on how to Start "Secret in the Sands" Achievement.
I was very confused as how and where to start "Unlikely Allies" which is the first part of the achievement "Secret in the Sand" which in turn is required as of this writing to unlock the Vulpera allied race.
After much searching (and discovering several posts here and there on the interwebs made by other confused foxy folk lovers) I found a blue post that said to "Go to "The Great Pyramid" ie: the Great Seal building in Dazar'Alor and choose "Vol'Dun" from the scouting map inside the pyramid. https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/starting-the-vulpera-allied-race-quest-chain/555729/6 and to start questing there once you'd done so. Once I had chosen Vol'Dun, I was given a couple of quests. I followed the one quest that is not related to the quests Enforcing Fate or Forbidden Practices

(my apologies for not being able to be more specific at this time. Unfortunately an untimely game error report totally polluted my chat log and I am at this time unable to find or remember the specific quest name atm. Once I find the actual name of the quest that starts the chain I will list it here. However, the info here should still help the lost and confused such as myself)When all was said and done, I met up with the Vulpera, took a wagon ride, and completed the "Unlikely Allies" portion of the achievement.
Again, my apologies for the incomplete info at this time.I truly hope this post was somewhat helpful to those who (like myself) were lost and frustrated as to how to start "Secret in the Sands" and or "Unlikely Allies"
