Collect the Skyriding Glyph at Siegehold in Azj-Kahet.

If you happen to be on the quest Demand Satisfaction, you will not be able to see or get this glyph. You will see it from a distance, but once you're in the area it will vanish. Your mount will still 'sense' the glyph, but it won't actually be there.
Once you complete the quests through the end of The General's Salute (takes just a few minutes) the glyph will become accessible again.
It's above a ledge at 47,20 near the webbed roof of the cavern. You can't see it from below.
