You can get the Tazavesh, the Veiled Market glyph when you're on the quest "What Is Left of Home" (The one where you have to talk to the Innkeeper.) I was not able to get the glyph before that quest.
Not sure why but the glyph marker still shows on my map, and I don't have the completed achievement, yet the glyph itself is gone. Even the ghost image of it is missing. It's missing on all my Warband characters.
