Getting the green orb at the start helped me get it.
I used Bronze Timelock on a platform to the right of where you start (Bridge ahead, then a tower and then the platform). Put it right on edge and then use timelock to port there during the countdown. Lined up perfectly for the green orb and first ring.
That extra speed boost at the start just keeps building and ended up doing it in under 56 seconds when not even close without that extra green orb.

Went from 1 second over to 2 seconds under once I started taking this orb.
