Around to the left of the start point, there is a small point on the hillside that looks down on the first ring.
Set your timelock to there and jump there during the countdown.
You'll be able to surge, with downwards gravity straight into the first ring.
Surging on every pulse there after pretty much to smash the time.
Did mine nearly 4s faster than gold using this.
