The rest of the set can be bought from Kylo Kelwin in the Northrend Dalaran sewers for a total of 4 Marks of honor. Alternatively you can buy the entire set for 12 marks from this vendor.

To get the achievement to pop you have to either wait for the 2 hour timer to expire or delete the items from your bags.

PvP Season 6 'furious' sets can now be purchased with Marks of Honor from Kylo Kelvin.
