Don't forget to get their tabard when going to do Heroics or 80 level instances. Gives you reputation from every kill in 80 level instances. Sold by this black haired guy at Violet Hold in Dalaran, just up the stairs, for the cost of 1 gold.
It is really a pain in the eye if you have a character after cataclysm. You get their tabard but there is no one with you to enter level 80 heroic dungeons to get the rep. It is also possible to solo in level 80 normal dungeons like Utgarde Pinnacle but way too hard...
Also the other way to get the rep for Kirin Tor is to do the fishing and cooking dailies in Dalaran.
