They should just stop adding these achievements where you need 3+ people without any kind of reward. Achievement hunters are lone wolves most of the time and nobody ever wants to do something like this with you unless there's a reward. I really don't get why you can't just get all 3 of the buffs yourself.

How ironic that the name of this achievement is "The Power is Yours" only, the power to get this achievement is NOT yours. Its yours and two other people's power. THEN you can get the achievement.
Stop trying to force me to make friends.
You need 3 people clicking on different crystals, then attack mobs. Once a mob is affected by all three crystals' debuff, the achievement pops.
