If you're like me, and wondering why on earth you can't complete the 'Securing Southport' section of Spires of Arak, here's why: Apparently if you choose the Trading Post as your Garrison building, you cannot complete that storyline. This is coming from a GM I just chatted with. I think it's a little ridiculous that Blizzard made it impossible to complete a storyline if you choose a specific building, especially if there's no warning. The only workaround is to pay 5k to change buildings and then the questline will become available.

Edit: As of today, 12/30, when I logged into the character with the issue, the achievement was automatically awarded to me. So, they either fixed the bug, or just awarded the achievement to anyone who had an issue with it, I dunno.
