This is really easy to achieve, by doing quest there till you get friendly. Do dailys and buy the tabard that gives you rep. to the faction by doing level 80 dungeons. (The tabard gives you rep. to the faction you bought it from, and you need to be friendly with the faction to buy it!).
By the way: You can buy a red drake when your Exalted (Looks like netherdrake just in red and without any "effects").
