For anyone doing this in 2024, due to one-shotting everything, the Valley of Spirits objective (Orgrimmar Vision) is prone to bug out, and not complete.
The solution is to NOT one-shot the final boss in Valley of Spirits, auto-attack or use some weak ability, to get him to cast Hopelessness, run back to your body and then kill him.
