All of these (except the bolts of cloth) should be purchasable by just about any tailoring vendor!
The obvious expensive part of this achievement lies in the Pattern: Rich Purple Silk Shirt recipe!

Blizzard! If you make these achievements; please increase the drop rates of recipes such as Pattern: Rich Purple Silk Shirt.. been farming for days without luck; and the recipe sells for more than 1mil on my realm.

I would not bother even attempting this achieve without first acquiring the much coveted Pattern: Rich Purple Silk Shirt. This one recipe will completely block this achieve for the majority of players due to its insane scarcity and therefore resultant price tag. It averages around 900k - 1 million gold (although I've seen it as high as 2.4 million). That's a big oof right there.

Edit: Got lucky and after scanning all servers, I managed to snag it for only 330k.
