Unraveling cloth counts toward the achievement, so unraveling Tattered Wildercloth into [item=192097] seems like the best way to do this in Dragonflight while coming away with an item you can actually use afterwards. Unfortunately a multicraft still only counts as one. If you still need the bandage achievements, you can do those first.

There's also an achievement called Uncertified Nurse, so you might want to start with 500 Wildercloth Bandages
