Shrouded Cloth Bandage is your choice boys. Hard to find something cheaper than Shrouded Cloth

If you have a Tailor/Enchanter, as I do, and you're interested in not just this achievement but the enchanting achievements as well, you might want to avoid the bandages, because you can't then turn around and disenchant them. Instead, [item=4307] is cheap to craft and can subsequently be disenchanted for Disenchantment IV and mats for Enchantment IV.

There may be better items to craft than [item=4307], but don't just consider the mats when making that decision. For example, [item=4343] uses the same mats as [item=4307] but gives you slightly fewer essences on average when disenchanted.
