  The [object=369149] can be found east of the Keeper's Respite on a floating island. To get there you can start at the top, near the "Oribos" portal and go down the left path. After a few meters jump over the root on the left and follow the ledge to the end. From there jump down to the island. With a full life bar you should survive the jump. To get back run through the breeze towards the mainland, this will take you to the other side.

After that, keep right and go up the steps and down the other side. Keep right and go around the mountain until you discover a small cave. Inside the cave are two [npc=177137] and behind them is the [object=369224] lying surrounded by bones.

some specific notes:
• Thank you to Matjz below for finding the Forgotten Feather!

• [object=369148] had some weird phasing issues, where I could see it above me when I was at a lower level, but as I climbed the cliffs it disappeared. I had to plot coordinates and use them as a guide to get to the treasure by jumping/falling down to it. Hopefully this issue gets fixed before 9.1 goes live.

• [object=369183] is initially a "Precarious Silk Nest" that is up in the branches of a tree. All around Mauler's Outlook, you can find sparkling [object=369182]s. When you click on them, you get an Extra Action Button ability that allows you to ride a targeted shardhide. Riding a bear into the tree dislodges the nest and knocks it to the ground, allowing you to loot the treasure. If you have any other quests that use the Extra Action Button (like the Ooz/Plaguey quests), the moth's button may be overridden.
