Twilight Terror Advanced: Gold

I found success by conserving vigor a bit at the start, so that I had enough to maintain speed after the main descent.
There is plenty of vigor available at the very end for the final climb, so don't worry about saving up for it.
I spammed Skyward Ascent directly upwards during the final climb. Only used Surge Forward before then though, didn't need Ascent anywhere else.

This is what did it for me, only burn one vigor for take off then hold until you are all the way down the tower, this gives you plenty to spend at a regular cadence for the remainder of the race

Yep, this method worked beautifully for me. Ended up well under the gold requirement, beat it by several seconds.
