4. Conserved vigor at the start so that I could spam it towards the end

6. Used 3 Skyward Ascents in a row during the big rise before you enter the building

Yes, try to have 2-3 vigor when you start the first major ascent before the hard right into Neferset. You lose a lot of time in that stretch between Neferset and the Obelisk of the Sun. After that just spam vigor as you can.
