Uldum Tour Reverse: Gold

AS this was the only race in Kalimdor that i struggled with, here's what I did to win gold:

Start with 3 quick forward bursts and do one more before you enter the town area. Glide through the town, so you have 2 full orbs when you reach the grassy hill. Boost once towards the next ring where you change direction and glide a bit through the ring. blast 2 times forward and once up inside the cave, there glide until the end of the structure in the middle and blast your orbs in quick succession down to the city, through it and even further until you reach the last of the 3 sky rings - there you will be starved. Move through the jungle and try to fit in some glides, so you reach the ring at the base of the stairs with 1 full orb - use those 2 orbs for immediate consecutive boosts - 1 forward and one upward through the first ring on top of the stairs and immediately go down through the second that comes after. use the fast glide until it stops and you should have enough stamina to blast to the last ring through which you finish with an upward blast. Spam forwards until you're through the first set of buildings, then try to build some up so you have 1 or 2 spare before the ascent to the cave. Then don't spend anything for the first few rings outside the cave, just let your momentum carry you until you have to start climbing again. Once I got to the descent back down to the river I could spam forwards pretty quickly and managed to finish gold by about 0.5 sec. Very hard but at least on reverse there's less garbage to run into.

SF, SF, SF, glide, SF in 1st town, glide, SF to island, glide to hill, SF SF SF Ascend into cave, SF to 2nd cave ring, down SF SF SF, SF through courtyard to stairs, SF to trees ring, SF to platform, SF SF down, keep SF momentum, Ascend over stairs, keep SF momentum, use last SF just before last ring to keep going up

I tried really hard to remember Pedronia's, but I am a visual learner who can also remember simple terms. Saying to myself 'SF' and 'Ascend' helped my brain connect it.
