It appears you get 5 ominous conchs from completing tuskar harpoon WQs, which each one will have a large tuskar bone that when mouseover'd says large lunker sighting (Waking Shore 65,74 for example). Use the item there and a gigantic shark spawns which counts towards this achievement. These same WQ (Fishing Frenzy) are used for Pulled! Achievement to get knocked down, simply don't interact after spearing and let it knock you down 50 times for credit to that achievement.
As of 2024/07/03, only one Massive Lunker is required.
