Did all 3 LFR wings to get bosses & mini bosses and the only one you don't get from just trucking through is Phalanx. Don't know where or how to get it, but it's required for this. Good luck!
Edit: He's in the Grim Guzzler section in LFR wing 2, go around the big circle until you find yourself there & he should no longer need the special interaction from his original encounter, now just busting through the door.
The Phalanx is located at the entrance to The Grim Guzzler tavern. As soon as you get to the tavern, he'll jump out the door.
