If anyone is interested or looking for this information, from what I know this is an item that was not introduced into the salvage yard system, and still remains a very rare item along with the other black metal weapons and various other removed items. (I see people downvoting comments like this on this page, if you want to do your own research to verify this information, you can go to undermine journal and see that there are very few or none up on all US realms, a good indicator it is not in the game. Yes it could just mean its very rare, but unlikely since i have not seen this up on any server for a long time)
