Back in the day, these wands had modifiers that would have a maximum of 20 spell damage, which was a lot considering the best wands all the way up to tier 2-3 instances were no where near that. They eventually nerfed them so they capped out at 12-14? I have a pre-nerf fire damage one sitting in my bank from classic era. When I try to link it, the server just turns it into text.

I got one of these with 4 agility and 5 intellect from a twilight mob in Silithis. WTF

Disenchanting value aside, this is one of the few wands that will [b]LIGHT YOU UP[/b] like a Christmas tree when equipped.
