Drops from trash in the Firelands raid instance. The pattern does not bind unless it's won on a Need roll via the NBG loot system, and with the current nerfed drop rate, sells for a substantial amount on the AH. The boots are arguably BiS for both Moonkin and Resto Druids pre-Heroic, so while the market is limited to two-thirds of a class, a sizeable portion of that demographic will be looking for this as soon as Living Embers become more plentiful, so it looks to be a potential money-maker, as well as putting you in the good books of some of the guild healers should you offer your services, and that's never a bad thing!
