- If Tirathon metamorphoses into a Vengeance demon he casts Fel Mortar instead of Furious Blast. This will greatly increase the number of Furious Flames zones in the arena.
- If Tirathon metamorphoses into a Havoc demon, use your damage reduction abilities to survive.
- Furious Blast damages the entire party if Tirathon's cast is successful.
- If Tirathon metamorphoses into a Havoc demon the entire party will take significant damage as the fight continues.
- Darkstrikes inflicts substantial Shadow damage while active.
- If Tirathon enters Vengeance form, reposition him to avoid his whirling Glaives.
