Learning the ranks
The boring 90 percent
Walk with your eyes up, note exits, trust unease, and leave early. A loud, firm back-off ends more threats than any technique.
Three escapes
Learn escapes from the common grabs (wrist, bear hug, choke) against a willing partner, slowly. Escape and run is the whole goal.
Pressure-test it
Join a club that spars with live resistance, and learn the law on reasonable force where you live. Skill you have never pressure-tested is a rumor.
