Picked this up today while questing through Nagrand orc camps. According to another WoW database, this item will only drop off Warmaul Shaman (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=18064) in Nagrand, and is a very low-percentage drop.
From checking several other WoW databases, it seems that it's just a random world drop, so impossible to farm. Hope that one of your guild finds one and doesn't stick it on the AH!
Actually I happen to have a guildie who can make it, I got the pattern while in Deaths door, and I have it sold for pretty much 1000 to my guildie, who is splitting the profeits 50/50 with me.

I had the chance to have 1 dropped 2 days ago in Nagrand from the Ogres in the north west (can't remember their names) I put it on the AH for 950g, it got buyout 2 minutes later, I guess it can be sold for more if one is patient enough.
Had one drop from a level 65 Clefthoof Bull in Nagrand. Sold for 1100g in less than a day.
Dropped for me today not long ago from a Fire Elemental in Blades Edge Mountains, while I was farming primals. Lucky me :)

This is a great tanking meta. With this, [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=28004]Battlemaster[/url], and improved leader of the pack aura it would almost be like having another healer. p.s. Yes I know Battlemaster doesn't work for druids. I'm refering to the occassions when a feral druid happens to be in the same group as your warrior/pally MT.
maxx 180+300hp 480, a not so well geared resto druids LB fully stacked heals for about 500-700 per tick, a very well geared druid 1k a tick. 480 heal chance on hit at best and that's only when it procs. and it's maxx. not even up to speed of one sec of a druid rolling just LB on you, in seriously not the best gear... it's a neat Idea sure. but bottom line. get this for the defence, and get goose. battle master is best on a duel weilding twink. not really good for anything at endgame. maybe I'm just defencive. lol as an endgame healer. edit: also how does leader of the pack help? chance
I wasn't saying that the three together would serve as a replacement to a healer but as an assistant in raids. Help the healers be a bit more mana efficient as it were and with any to all of them procing it may buy you that extra half second you need to get that big heal off before the mt goes down. As for the Improved LotP it is only on crits, but with a crit chance of close to 45-50% in raids and a cd of 6 seconds on the heal it might as well be any hit. I know my healing friends love it in arena.
He's referring to IMPROVED LotP which heals you for 4% of your total health when you get a crit.
