Tried it today. Seems like a 6sec, 1.5 proc per min or less, which is kinda dissapointing. I'm back to the Relentless meta tbh.

Nice addition, might make up for the nerf to flurry in 2.1 (warriors). Not that everyone will use this. Where did this drop? Or better yet, where can it be bought or earned through quest?
Testing by alot theorycrafter has show that it has 1PPM per minute with a hidden cooldown of 35-40secs. i.e. it can't proc within 35-40s of its last proc
Yes this is need to know. I really want this meta for my gear. Cat Form with this procing will be great.
Most Cat damage is yellow, which this doesn't affect.
i am the first with it on my server as well. random drop. i haven't sold it yet!
Can confirm these do drop off of Seeping Sludge in Netherstorm. I was fairly shocked to see their extremely low drop rate from this source having found one.
Still drops as of 6.2. Got the pattern from a [npc=20210] today in Netherstorm.
So any confirmed information where this design can be farmed ? Or it is world drop...
As what class? Seemed like the same report from a hunter, but unless you're a fast hitter its hard to determine whether its a PPM type thing or % chance.

so How much do you think this would go for, I dont think 200g is really the cost of this design

It dropped off a random shattered hall regular mob. Won the roll, server first :P, sold for 1500g.
I killed 50 sporregar npcs and it dropped...seems like a pretty high chance a guildie of mne got one also.
