Pattern: Cindercloth Gloves

He's among the Twilight mobs just west of Thorium Point. One kill and he dropped this.

If your after the cindercloth set, I would just go after the look alike which is from a quest. Saves you a lot of time and grief.

Per a GM this pattern no longer drops. I tried to farm it for almost a full day & a GM replied back to me stating that this pattern is no longer available. So I would assume the GM is correct or he misunderstood what I was asking for.

Grrr. I just did this and got no drops. No wonder.

i actually opened a ticket myself to find out if this pattern stills drop, and the gm told me it does, and it is still in game. for all of you out there like me trying to farm this with no luck, just remember it has a very low drop rate!

I did the same and opened my own ticket. GM confirmed that this pattern does still drop.

Stil drops, just got mine today.

If you're farming the pattern, note that Twilight Fire Guard share the spawn with the others "Twilight" mobs in the area (or so it seems to me after 3 days of farming), so to make more mob spawn the best way is to kill every Twilight mob, not only the Fire Guards. Still waiting for the pattern, though... Sob :(

While this recipe is extremely rare or has ([i]possibly[/i]) been removed from the game, don't splurge to buy this from the AH if you see someone offering it!

With 8.1.5, you can now buy [item=167887] from [npc=151903], which teaches the same recipe!

The new version costs only 75 [item=158378]. The vendor takes quite a bit of effort to find, however. You must first craft the BFA Tailoring Tool of the Trade, [item=164733], find one of the many time rifts across Zandalar/Kul Tiras, and then it only has a chance to appear for a brief 1-2 minute window, when you close one.

She also sells a handful of other removed recipes for a similar price as well, including [item=167886].

It has not been removed. I dropped TWO such recipes today on a leveling toon in Searing Gorge. In a tooltip ATT says that source of this item has been removed but it does drop.

As of 8.2 these are dropping from Twilight Fire Guards once again.

I can confirm that. It also seems that the drop rate for it is higher than stated, possibly improved quite a bit, as I got 4 of this pattern in two respawn runs. I strongly advise people not to spend too much gold on it, if buying it from the auction house.

I also just got my patern in a mater of 10 minutes.
