Staff of Divine Infusion

So far, according to wowhead, this item is tied for most spirit of any weapon. Random world drop.

Yep, at present there's no weapon in-game with more than 50 spirit. The Nightstaff of the Everliving ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28604 ) from Karazhan has the same, but for a -mage- who wants a weapon to swap to when channeling Evocation, this BOE is the best option. Slap a 20 spirit enchant on it and you're good to go. The best part being that it's BOE so a mage could buy it on the AH without having to automatically pass to a healer. And yeah, guess it isnt bad for healers either ;)

got one last night....gonna put +81 healing on it

This is just an awsome staff, i got it for my Priest yesturday. The spirit is just great and the +healing isnt the most you can get on a staff, but the 50 spirit is just to good. Still wondering what enchant would go best with this, +30 int or +20 spi to make this one wicked regen staff.

Great staff for all the ToL druids out there since there is so much spirit on it.

I got this for my mage solely for evocation. For 20g on the AH it was hard to pass up!

Yep, this has evocation written all over it. I bought it off AH for 42g. For priests, there are better staves out there, I'd recommend Seer's Cane: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29133 or Serpentcrest Life-Staff: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27791 (-4 spirit for 4 int, +27 stam), I switch between the 2. Now I just need to get a Bangle of Endless Blessing. With a spirit of 202, this staff (+20 spirit enchant), the bangle's use and a divine spirit buff, my spirit will hit 202+50+20+120+50=442 spirit. Full mana bar from evocation for those long boss fights.

since patch 2.3, evocation no longer needs spirit, so mages don't need to get spirit gear anymore, letting them to focus more on spelldmg, int, crit, hit and stam. evocation is now 15% per 2sec -> 60% of total mana in 8 sec.

Got this off a Sunfury Bowman, one kill after I got the Schematic for Khorium Scope. It was a good couple of kills I guess. 2+ hours of running around the Mana Forge...

Using this staff as a mage for evocation is a little short-sighted, in my opinion. The AH price is very high, and the item is by no means the best available. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25183 check the "of Spirit" variant. Possibly difficult to find, but no doubt cheaper. Check other high-end green staves for "of Spirit" variants. And don't forget to check wands, too.

This thing sells for 15-20g... not exactly expensive. You won't save hardly any money trying to find a green, and you will waste a ton of time looking for it.

Don't you remember one simple thing: this green trash staff you advise doesnot have intellect on it. So what does it mean? Right: you'r mana pool sortened with this green thingie. And after you switch back to DD weapon after Evoc... ta-da you're about 600+ mana less than you could have. So that's the main point of NOT getting this green staff but this blue one.

I won't sell mine for 15-20g since Large Prismatics are 25g on my server (and on several servers I haunt regularly). I suspect the price of Large Prismatics will drop in 2.4.2 (when void shatter loses its CD), but for now, this staff is a shard, imo.

I have this staff motly because it looks so dam hot. Anyone know if there are any staves that look like this that have +spell damage?

now sucks for mages, due to evocation remake. Still, getting it for 8g for my 68 resto druid isn't too bad!

I actually got this drop off of 'Harbringer of the Raven' in Blade's edge, though it doesn't say on wowhead yet. Hopefully they'll add this later.

This makes for a nice "white wizard" staff for my Priest. Another nice Blue Item find today, found inside a Silverbound Treasure Chest tucked behind a pillar at Coilskar Point in Shadowmoon Valley. Was just toddling through the area, looking for Coilskar Chests to burn through the pile of Coilskar Keys I had stacked up in my backpack, nuked a Coilskar Siren in a small pavilion, looked past the corpse and saw a chest. Opened it up and found a lovely Blue-quality staff. With the Unique model it has, I'm posting it on the Auction House for a Priest to purchase. As it would look great for one, and I don't have a Priest, someone else can use it better than me : )
