Talon of Vultros

I was just going through the action house on Lost Isles ( US) ( WoD Beta ) and I saw this thing there. Was like "Waht?". I've never seen this item before. And I came here to check the comments for more information... and it's a 6.0.1 item :O I wonder whether Vultros will drop it and what is the reason they add it right now... They still haven't squished low level items ( for example, quest greens 1-20, not sure for 20+ but I can bet they aren't squished either ) and this might be among the first low level items that got squished. Who knows... But I like the idea of there being a level 7 rare item :P

It just dropped for me from vultros In westfall I wonder if anyone is even gonna want this thing anymore XD

Scales to ilvl 24 in the 19 bracket so i guess all rogue twinks want it.

This used to exist in Vanilla right? I swear I remember Rogues camping for this....

It was removed from Vultros' drop table in 4.0, but re-added in 6.0 as a level 7 version. The old level 11 version is still obtainable from battered junkboxes.

Drop chance is actually much higher.

Alright, here is my two cents after getting this.

If you trying to farm one of this, you better of camping mob at [b][i]48.9 / 29.1 [/i][/b] by standing on road. That way you get look of 2 possible points with least people around. As zone is very populated 24/7 your chances are slim if you fly/run around all possible points all day long.

Best bet is to park character there and look for it from time to time.

Drop rate might be higher then stated above but rng is rng. Before you start grind, consider that is may take long time to get.

Been looking for this guy for awhile, and seen him spawn about 7 times so far. Its pretty much pointless to do it in the daytime or on any normal server ive found. Each time my NPC scan goes off he is already dead. The area he spawns is very busy with people leveling constantly. I do believe the drop rate on this dagger is a lot better though because every person I have seen kill him gets the dagger. Even if you happen to be in the area chances are somebody is closer. With about 6 spawn points im thinking its best to go in the middle of the night on a weeknight or pick a spawn point and hope for the best

hmm, there should be another low level Talon:ish dagger from westfall below level 10. dont know the name of it but it's green and drops around the coastline! would love links or answers of it!
