Overload

Tooltip

Focuses all the caster's energy into a single ball of lightning. This ball grows for 6 sec until it finally explodes, dealing 20000 Nature damage to all enemies within 20 yards and knocking them down.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Overload is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 6 sec. It triggers Overload.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Overload.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 147.

What it does

Overload is a Nature spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 7 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 6 sec and applies an aura. It also casts Overload (record #61878) and Overload (record #61876).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70531. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
