  1. Effect 1 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 105.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 121, which the datamine does not name.
  3. Effect 3 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 60.
  4. Effect 4 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 500.

What it does

Overpower is a Physical spell with an instant cast and a range of 5 yards. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 105).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
