How it works

Each cast of Strangulate costs 1 Power (20). It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Strangulate is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 27. Its base value is 1. It applies the silenced mechanic.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.

What it does
