Was a little buggy today. Nazgrim wasn't there to turn in the quest. Logged out and he was there.

There are rope ladders on the side of the boat just use them to get on board
That should be reported to Blizz, not Wowhead. =P

What to do
Description
Legionnaire Nazgrim and many of the other survivors have already made their way to the surface. I'm sure some are just looking to rid themselves of this place for good, but we still have work to do if we're going to stop the naga from invading the plane of water. First, we need to set eyes on the tentacled fiend that destroyed our ships when we first arrived - we don't want a repeat of that nightmare. Fiasco left these behind for you. They should speed your trip up a bit.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
