it seems that using it a cursed building summons two spirits to kill instead of one, and also brings an ogre to attack you. If you kill both spirits, it still counts, but it's easier to just find a new building.

"A plague on both your houses!" from Romeo and Juliet, of course. Spoken by Mercutio, I think, but I don't remember that part very well. If anyone's having trouble remembering which buildings you have cursed, a small evil red face appears in the entrance after a successful cursing. The same face appears, much much larger, over the building's roof.

Description

T'chali wants revenge on all of the ogres! T'chali was a powerful witch doctor in life. If you reach into me grave you will find a wicked strong fetish. Invoke the fetish's magic at the entrances to the buildings and towers of both Bladespire Hold and Bloodmaul Outpost. The voodoo you work will summon an evil spirit that you must defeat. This in turn will curse that building. Beware, if you attempt to curse a building that is already cursed, you will call down another cursed spirit!
