@Circes This unlocks the ability to skip bosses in the raid. Presumably You'll kill the first boss and then be able to proceed directly to Echo of Neltharion.
Quest says "Collet 3 Tomes of the Earth-Warder from the "Echo of Neltharion"". Meaning you can only get it from Echo of Neltharion

Description
I sense a dark presence somewhere within these halls... something strangely familiar. Perhaps it will reveal itself as we explore the many chambers of Aberrus. If you can find evidence of this looming evil, we may be able to gain easier access to the depths below.

Millennia ago, Neltharion established Aberrus, a secret laboratory where he conducted world altering experiments. Recently rediscovered, Aberrus is now under attack from all sides as forces seeking to claim the Earth-Warder's legacy search for any power that remains.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Kazzara, the Hellforged, The Amalgamation Chamber, The Forgotten Experiments, Assault of the Zaqali, Rashok, the Elder, The Vigilant Steward, Zskarn, Magmorax, Echo of Neltharion, Scalecommander Sarkareth.
Entrance: Zaralek Cavern at 48.5, 10.0.
